Need suggections( can I use Injunctions to repair my house)

Hi, My father built a house without compound wall in karimnagar almost 25 years. At that time My father left only one feet around our house. Due to recent rains, the house walls are started to wearout (the cement started to fall out and water stains showing up inside house). So I was planning to repair the walls. We have a 12 feet public road between my house and my neighbor house. But My neighbor claims that the 12 feet public road is part of his land. So In order to repair the wall, the workers has to stand on the road. I requested him multiple times to help me to repair my house. The actual problem started when I stopped him when he tried to occupy the land in front of my house. So he is using that grudge and stopping me from making repairs. My neighbor does not have proper documents of his property. He is using the local ward councilor political support. (The ward councilor also asked me money to support me which i refused.) So can I get a Injunction to repair my house. Any suggestions how to proceed plz.
