Que. Can I get gazette showing both names of a person on different documents are same ?

I recently appeared for the interview stage of UPSC Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Exam 2019 for the post of Assistant Commandant (Group A). I belong to Non-creamy Layer and OBC category at both state and central level. In documentation process of Interview, UPSC officials told me to make two changes the OBC Certificate as follows - 1. While filling the Detailed Application form for the interview stage, I filled my father name as Sudhir. But in my central OBC certificate has my father name as Devlalikar Sudhir Kalidas. Now the UPSC officials asked me to bring OBC certificate showing my father name as Sudhir only as I mentioned in the Detailed application form. So Shall I make a Gazette showing both Sudhir and Devlalikar Sudhir Kalidas are the same person or shall I make the changes in the OBC certificate and How can I make those changes in OBC Certificate ? 2. My 10th class certificate and My fathers 10th class certificate, both certificate have our surname as Devalalikar. But My and my fathers caste certificate has our surname as Devlalikar. There is extra 'a' after 'v' in our 10th class certificate and that is the correct surname (i.e. Devalalikar). Now UPSC officials asked me to bring OBC certificate showing my surname as Devalalikar (as given in 10th class certificate). So can I get a gazette showing both Devalalikar and Devlalikar are the surname of one and the same person ? 3. If yes for both questions then Will UPSC officials accept the Gazette for both the queries ?
