Harassment by multiple neighbours

Can we get justice if multiple neighbours around our house, like 2-3 families near our houses harrases us differently? 1) one family infront of us is creating noises purpously when I start studying.Onw elderly married couple passes comments and provokes me when I start studying.They call me daughter of a bitch and things like that in local language and they have 3-4 grandchildren whom they teach such words like dog,daughter of a bitch and they even call my mother bitch indirectly.They start talking so loudly that I can't concentrate on studies and they do that all the day since morning to 12:00 AM or around at night.Their children makes loud noises all day long till night.They do all these purpously to disturb in my studies and they have been passing indirect uncomfortable comments whenever they see me. 2)There is another issue that we have been facing by another neighbours since lockdown.They have smelly bathroom since 7-8 months,as a result we can't even open the doors and windows of our house since 7-8 months,not even once.When we try to open the windows they disturb us with the smells.They even passed nasty comments as I am a women.They said that my parents are earning money from their son in law using me(which was a very nasty comment as an unmarried woman).They have physically harrased my mother and broke one finger of my mother's leg.They even harrased my mother by nasty comments and even my sister and brother in law.And there are many more. Now, the issue is,3 of our neighbours beisde our house (one infront,one behind and one beside) are creating problems,as a result there is noone to support us if we get legal help.Those who know them and see everything don't say anything to police as the neighbours who are harrasing me are very dangerous as they say.Everyone knows everything and they don't say anything legally but they say everything they know to others. Now,I want to know whether we will get justice ever if we proceed legally.
