Issue regarding IP

Hi, I was working in a company till June last year, Yesterday there was some security breach where client's IP was available online. I didn't know who did it but i received a call from HR to sign an undertaking where it mentioned that i haven't done it. shall i go ahead and sign the undertaking. i am pasting the content below. I am giving this undertaking of my own personal knowledge, and if called as a witness, I could and would testify competently thereto. I was working as an employee of xxx from xxx till xx as Engineer. During my tenure in xx, I have worked on multiple assignments with xxx client While I was on any Client assignment, I was provided Client accounts and email addresses. I was also given access to certain electronic documents of Client. While on assignment with the Client or previous to my assignment with Client, I had created my personal account. I CONFIRM THAT I have not posted or shared any of the Client or xxx information, codes and software whether Client or xx confidential information with any party or social media or to my Personal Account. I have not published any of xxx or Clients documents, code or softwares whether publicly accessible or confidential, on any public website or social media outlet. At all times, I have acted without intent to misuse or misappropriate xxx or Client content or to personally profit from the use of this content. I have not saved, retained or copied any of xxx and/or Client’s documents, software and codes onto any other USB drives, laptops, external hard drives, or any other devices or to my Personal Account. I hereby agree that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Undertaking, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the same and also the repercussions of the breach thereof. I agree that any false submission herein shall entitle Mindtree to initiate any legal action against me.
