Mistakes in names

My name is Shahina. My father's name is Kunhabdullah. My SSLC certificate holds the name Shahina itself but my father's name is printed as Kunju Albdulla. My 12th certificate and all other documents such as Adhar card, PAN card, ID card etc holds my name as Shahina K K. My father's name in those documents are Kunhabdullah. Also my birth certificate holds my names as Shahina and my father's name as Abdulla only. Which all certificates should i correct? I was a CBSE student upto SSLC. And it's been 8 years since I completed SSLC (Passed out in 2012). Is it possible to make a correction in SSLC certificate after all these years? If I could, then should I make corrections only in SSLC certificate and Birth certificate as per other documents? Or if SSLC certificate correction is not possible, should I make corrections in all other documents (adhar, id, pan including 12th certificate and birth certificate) ? What should I do? If its like correcting all other documents based on my 10th certificate, still there exists a problem because of my father's name. It is Kunju Abdulla in my 10th certificate and none of his certificates contains such a name. Is it possible to change other documents based on my 10th certificate to Shahina and Kunhabdullah itself with that mistake(his name as kunju abdulla) existing in 10th certificate? Please help me to find a solution.
