Required educational qualification certificate

Hello there, I've qualified the written exam conducted by SSC for Junior Hindi Translator 2019. But during the document verification (on 24/09/2020) they (SSC Northern Region) rejected me and remarked as "Diploma certificate not clear as per notification". The Required educational qualification (as per SSC JHT Exam-2019):- 1. Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level and 2. Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years‟ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking. The main issue is with the point no.2 (Diploma or Certificate course). The Educational qualification which I have:- 1. B. A. (Tourism Study)- in English medium and English as a compulsory subject. (June 2016) 2. M. A. (Translation Science)- in Hindi medium and Hindi as a subject. (July 2018) Since I have done my post graduation in Translation Science so there's no need to produce the Diploma in Translation. (As the syllabus of Diploma in Translation was already included in my post graduation). Kindly Reply soon. Regards Shalesh.
