Unpaid Tuition Fee
I have received a recovery email like the following, I studied two years abroad and paid the full tuition fee for those two years. My course didn't finish within the two years and go extended. I carried on but i couldn't get money to pay for the third year. So stopped going to the university from the second month on but didn't de-register myself as I thought the university will do it once they realize that i still haven't paid the fees So the university gave me warnings for payment and ultimately terminated by registration. Now they are asking me to stil pay for 5 months worth of fees which i cannot do, I received an email(which is given below) and a speed post with the following request and also mentioning that I defrauded them and that they will take civil and criminal action. Is that true? Will i have to go to jail if i cant find a way to pay them?
Please let me know to my email :[deleted]
