Query regarding technical resignation from Navodaya voidyalaya

Respected Sir, I joined Navodaya voidyalaya as Pgt Biology on dated 04.09.2004 getting regular appointment. In between haryana staff selection commission, Chandigarh announced recruitment for the post of science master in 2006.i filled application for the post. The application was attested by then principal and I also mentioned experience of Navodaya voidyalaya at that time. I also got attestd the interview letter from then principal. Experience certificate also issued by the same principal.As result declare I got selected, but my application was not through proper channel so I resigned the post of Pgt Biology on dated 20.02.2009. I joined science as Science Master in haryana state government on dated 21.02.2009.now.i came to know that pay can be protected of an employee who served any where. But technical resignation and through proper channel is necessary. Sir I did not concelled any thing to both departments.but my resignation was not showing technical resignation. All facts and circumstances are clear how and why. Please tell me that my can be protected. What steps should I take now. Please inform
