Action by employer after retirement of employee

A departmental proceeding during year 2002 and i was dismissed by employer during 2006 / Witt was filed against dismissal order in jurisdiction of High Court / During May 2019 dismissal order was set a side and departmental inquiry was quashed in absence of not providing evidence to me / Liberty was given to employer to conduct a fresh inquiry from the stage of charge sheet / Employers advocate assured in court that documents relied upon will be supplied to employee. I was reinstated . as suspended employee . Inquiry was again resumed from the stage of charge sheet .Relevant documents on the basis which charges were leveled against me were demanded from competent authority but instead of giving so he appointed inquiry officer and after playing drama he proves charges against me and submitted inquiry report to competent authority . Competent authority wort me a letter along with copy of inquiry report and ask for my comments .This process is also completed now . Mean while during month of June 2020 i get retired after attaining retirement age .. Inquiry is still pending waiting for logical conclusion . I want to know that can i dismissed by employer although after retirement . They are trying to prove charges without supplying demanded evidence by me . During Month of March a contempt application was also against not supplying required documents and high court issued direction to employer for fully compliance of order passed during May 2019 in my favor / Please advise .
