Credit card debt issue.

Sir, my brother had a SBI card and did a purchse. He was good in returning his credit card bill on time. But after due to financial problem he failed to pay. Then that amount was overdue with some interest. He requested the bank for a clear statemrnt for the Debt amount. But he not received. Then he stopped paying the debt and also intimate the agent to give a clear statement. When he went for a job to abroad, suddenly a agent came to collect a due and spoke wrongly to his wife. So without knowing what to do, they call me.. To help my brother at that time I paid a sum of 35,000 .. Then I requested to make the remaining as EMI. They agree but still not made.Now again they are calling me, my wife and my brother and all relatives regarding the debt amount , speaking badly and harrasing me like, if I am not ready to pay my brother amount the agent will stick a notice in my house and in my office. Also he threatening me that he will complain to my HR... I am helpless, please help me and my brother.
