Job Mediator not reurning money

Dear Sir, This matter dates back to 29th June , 2020, when I visited a commercial complex in New Delhi in search of a job. There were a few people like me who were job aspirants. Since I had no job then during the lockdown times, I was desperately looking for one!. The company (or as it calls itself!) is Digivision Services. Though the initial negotiation was civilized the matter took ugly turn when it came to returning my hard earned money as it failed to comply by its own terms. I must confess that it was silly on my part too, to grant them Rs.12,000/- for providing me an opportunity to sit for an interview in a school, as I belonged from education industry. I have been promised that if they are unable to provide me with a job they will return my money. And the period was of only 10-15 days which meant at the most 12th of July. When I asked for my money the reception boy kept on dilly-dallying by extending some lip-service and doing nothing needful. He kept on saying that my money shall be returned in 10-15 working days (they kept on delaying by false promises of returning money in the middle of this time), which ended on Sept 8th, 2020. That time has also passed, I am trying to contact them but to no avail. Though the receptionist is messaging by simply writing annoying message "Wait". I therefore would like to take a legal action. What is the course to bring these fraudsters to justice? I shall be honored if the legal course of action put these miscreants on the track that leads to the place where they must be! Please provide me guidance so that I can opt for the right legal support to win my case and get back my money. Thanks
