Hr with AM sales demanding resign

Dear all I have joined the private sector bank in june2019 But my reporting not on my ASM which is taking sales and operation team leader which is sitting Chandigarh branch. My reporting is under Branch operation manager which is not take any interest in Gold loan bcz there core product is CASA,LI, General insurance, Demat Accounts,Sip and so on. So he was not taking interest in Gold loan. My performance depends on Sales, Operation, book work,gold audit, NPA Recovery and so on. My team mates for different cities 6 branches have 2 manpower in Gold loan but except 3 branches Mine and 2 more branches only 1 manpower. 7 branches reporting manager is ASM Gold loan. Except 2 branches mine and one more is reporting manager is branch operation manager. BOM (Reporting manager) is not taking interest in Gold loan. Because they have handled all branch operation, query response all that work normally in banks. June-19 to June-20 my reporting manager is BOM . He give me rating P3 in System (March) (1,2,p3,4,5) After rating my reporting manager changed ASM Gold loan like other 7 branches reporting. I am only one staff in my branch other have 2 or 3 staff in Gold loan. mine seen Sales, Operation, Audit, Customer service, NPA Recovery and cc account process for opening account to every GL customer but 6 braches has 2 or some branches have 3 employee. I am the only 1Staff for big branch I am daily traveling 60 km Up & Down daily. But I was given my best in sales, and all Gold loan. From June-19 to feb-2020 I gave average Sales (Eg.25 Lakh , 21, 23.18.6, 13, 28 19 Lakhs Business in continues month. I am shoked when I saw my praise letter rating in july-2020 P2 . Other branches 13 team mates has rating P3. If we saw there business continues down to my business except 1 or 2 months or I already told mostly team mates 7 out of 13 were 3Years old. But 6 braches business is very low from my branch. Now yesterday I got a call from AM con call with HR She said banks is removed lower performance employee down to P3 which is mine rating P2. So dear what happened from my side bcz this is totally unfair with 1 person. They were demand my resignation or HR said if I not put resign myself Then we were termination to you. So what is doing If you have in my place. Pls pls reply.
