Termination challenge!

In this present situation in covid pandemic the company is removed me from of the work! . And I have contacted to The Labour Commissioner, Belagavi. In this situation Company is also given letter that " The employee is not having any right to approach this Authority as he is not a workman under the I.D. Act and the Order of Termination is in accordance with order of Appointment. We request the Authority, for the same reason two conciliation proceedings are not maintainable. Hence, we request you to close the proceeding and drop any further proceedings in this behalf. By Company." I wanted to reply to The Labour Commissioner Dear Sir, This has referred to the above subject, I BALI ANAND DANAPPA appointed as a LIAISON OFFICER for KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital and Medical Research Center, Nehru Nagar, Belagavi on dated 23rd April 2018. Ref. No. KLES/PK/HOSP/ADM/EST-I/17-18/1382 dated 19/05/2018. I have been working with them continually 2 and 1/2 years. Order of extension of contract period subsequently extended for two times. 1 year and another one is 6 months Ref. No: KLES/PK/HOSP/ADM/EST-I/19-20/2858 dated 28/06/2019. Service extended for 1 year. Ref. No: KLES/PK/HOSP/ADM/EST-I/20-21/484 dated 16/05/2020. Service extended for 6 months Sir, I have completed 240 days hence, the question does not arrive to the clause of 17 is applicable for me as per the appointment order. Appointment order is enclosed Annexure A and Termination is made is totally unlawful and is not maintainable. KLE may be directed to take me to the services immediately pending enquiry if any.
