Foul language used while recovery of EMI

EMI started in the month of Jan and I paid regularly untill April and then it went under Moratarium.but people called me in the month of July and asked me to pay the EMI dues,I insisted that it is under Moratarium but he said that I have not opted for that. I received a call from bajaj employee asking for the EMI in the month of April when I said so she said I'll take a request regarding the same so that it will be converted,that will be done from our side you need not do it. Now this set of employees called and spoke to me in a in professional manner using foul languages and threatening to call my HR,Managers and finally my wife. Aug 31st Moratarium period ends and I paid my EMI and will continue to do it. But I'm in a depression thinking off him speaking to me in that foul language and threatening to call and abuse my wife and also threatens to come and screw me at my place. I raised a complaint mail to the company but I have not received any response. Myself had the strength to pay the EMI even after loosing my job,what about others in this situation,either it will end up in a street fight if the person is strong or suicide will the option when it is taken upto his spouse level.what respect will he have in front of them Hence I kindly request you to suggest me what should I do on behalf of the people who comes across such situations and faces these goondas, it should be an eye opener and one should think twice before he speaks to someone.
