Clarification on promissiory note.

1. Some 5-6 years back we have paid for chits to a person and we are unable to pay for it and instead of money we gave our property to him, and he also had our 8 promissory empty notes signed and after giving the property he returned our 7 notes and claiming that we have given only 7 and threatned us. 2. Now we have bought one land and he used that empty note and files a false case as, that we have taken 8 lakh rupees in 2017 aug with 1.5 rupees intrest its 12 lakhs. And he attached our property xerox document and sent a notice to us in 2020 june. 3. We don't have any proof for that. Need a help how to over come this situation. 4. In 2017 we didn't took any money and after that giving property instead of money which was 5-6 years back we don't had a single conversation with petitioner. 5. Will court accept the entire 8 lakhs amount in single promissiory note ? 6. There are no cheques only note. Now the petitioner is simply claiming that we have taken money in 2017 and using that note. And he also attached one our property xerox to it for claiming. 7. Could anyone help on how to overcome this situation. Thanks in advance
