Need Suggestions against Illegal Sweet factory Operating in Residential Area

Sir/Mam, I Stay in a residential area of Kolkata and the property next door owns by a local man who is also the owner of local Sweet Shop and he uses some parts of his Residential property as a Sweet Preparing factory violating all Safety and prevention Measures and guildlines set up by the Government and his regulatory body(fssai,etc.). This Factory illegally operates with no ventilation facility or Sanitation Facility and became a Problem for its neighbours. The Windows of my flat faces the roof of this illegal factory and therefore with no ventilation or chemney, the harmful smoke of Burnt Sugar, Kerosene and other commodities which comes out from it pollutes the environment and enters our home causing suffocation in our rooms and leads to difficult in breathing!! This factory operates 24/7 and the loud sound of the machine annoys us and disturbs the peace and harmony of the area. The factory violates the strict lockdown rules of the West Bengal Government and operates all day..The Workers of it are so ill-mannered and unbehaved that they shouts and talks in loud voices even after the clock past 12'30 midnight!! Therefore, kindly please suggest me what legal action may I take to get that factory away from my area!! Pease help!!
