Company unnecessary trying to cut salary from Female staff

Respected team, I'm working in jewelry company as online chat support & sales, due to Covid19 company gave laptop to start work from Home, sudden laptop started to problem "power on". I called to company IT & HR about laptop issue so they asked me to drop laptop in office so I handover laptop in office for repair. After I start to get call that" laptop damaged because of DOG HAIR "pet hair", it was really surprised to know that laptop damaged because of DIG Hair. Company started to saying that" laptop repair charges will cut from your salary, It was really sad to know. I was asking dell service complaint number of laptop so can ask status of that laptop. Company management didn't share laptop service number. But I called to dell care by helping of laptop serial number then I come to know laptop was having minor problem which already solve over phone tech support. But my company management till not telling anything status about laptop (laptop is working). My company management were trying to depressed me and As well as I dropped number of emails to all company management but no one ready to listen to my problem. so I involved one NGO to help me in email CC. When they seen I have CC to some NGO then they started to argument & sent me one notice which was printed on company letterhead without seal and signature. I got notice copy through email. I asked them I want to continue work but no one is responding to my mails... Request to guide me what to do !
