Debit freeze of partnership firm current account with bank

i am a partner of partnership firm with 3 partners. in partnership deed it has been return as follows. Bank Accounts - the partners from time to time open any nature of account in any bank or banks as may be mutually agreed and decided by and between them. The said bank accounts or accounts shall be operated by any of partners. Any partners shall have power to sign, execute, and endorse cheque on behalf of the said partnership severally in the ordinary course of partnership. we are having dispute between partners from last 2 months and our firm has 3 bank accounts with operation either or survivor any single partner can sign cheques. i as a single partner had written a letter one month before to all three banks to debit freeze the account bank of baroda, idbi bank and AU small finance bank. bank of baroda and idbi bank has till date applied debit freeze but au bank had put debit freeze on the same day and removed the debit freeze the same day and i was unaware of removing the debit freeze and the other two partners misused the bank accounts. they are telling to get all partners signature to debit freeze but they are not giving the same in writing. inspite of complaining to the nodal officer till now i have not received in writing the reason to unfreeze the debit freeze. how can au bank unfreeze the debit freeze the same day and inspite of one partner has made a written request to freeze the account. what remedies do i have to debit freeze the au bank account immediately and what legal action can we take against au bank not applying debit freeze and unfreezing the debit freeze same day.
