Non release of salary dues

I had been working in a consultancy firm from April 2017 to July 2019. The salary was paid out of the consultancy fees paid to the Director working for another company as a Markeing Director. There had been times when he did not get his fees and I was also not paid . The consultancy firm got a contract in 2018 and on that basis my salary was paid out by the said firm direct to my account upto June 2019. Effective from July, the consultancy firm did not get any new jobs and the other firm stopped paying my salary and I was asked to leave the firm in July 2019. The outstanding started accumulating and not stands at Rs.1.55 lakhs(which is close to 4 months salary). At the time of relieving on 13th July I was promised that by December 2019 my dues would be cleared. When I reminded them of my dues they started raising petty issues, which I was able to resolve. They have been delaying the release and in the month of March when I met the HR advisor I was promised that my issue would be settled by March 31. However, now they are taking the Corona plea and are non-committal. The last message says that they now don't have funds and once the lock down is fully removed they would be getting business and then they would pay me. This was least expected. I have lost all hopes in getting my money. Please guide me.
