Female bank employee denied transfer to her home town for last 6 years
This mail is sending on behalf of my Family includes a farmer (myself), 7 year old single girl child and my wife RACHANA PR,working as a bank employee Designation - officer junior management 1, working in Coimbatore Regional Office in BANK OF BARODA, requested for SPOUSE JOINING REQUEST transfer based on my unhealthy condition which is rejected in Nov’19 and later delayed from Feb’20. She joined Dena Bank (Now BANK OF BARODA) in the year of 2014 and was forced to join in Hyderabad even after informing about a 1 year old daughter and shifted with her daughter and aged mother. She got transferred to Chennai in 2016 by offering a transfer to her hometown Palakkad,Kerala later. But again transferred only to Coimbatore in 2017 and not to Palakkad, Kerala.
1) Why is bank management doing such an injustice to a woman who prefers to work along with her family life? The INDIAN government encouraged WOMEN EMPOWERMENT by providing the women employees with a much safer and convenient working environment free from inhibitions, ignored by Bank management. 2) Why is my wife forced to leave her family for a banking job for the last 6 years by getting appointments in different places far away from her hometown/ family? Here the bank management totally ignored the government instruction to transfer or place Married female employees at the same place or the place nearest to where her husband resides to avoid their resignation. 3) Why bank management or HR management is not considering their Female employee Stress and mental agonies for more than 6 years due to forced family separation?
