Non payment of the salary after resignation

I was working for a startup as an intern with a wage of 20,000 per month. Due to their work pressure I was not able to cope up with their work so the head just told his assistant my person of contact to close this deal and to clear my dues. This all happened over a whatsApp chat and he left the group. I called my person of contact that I will be leaving the company and gave my resignation over the mail. The mail wasn't forwarded to the right department infact it was ignored and on constant followup the mail got forwarded to the head after a week after me threating them to leak their data but even after this the mails were ignored and I was told that the payment will be cleared but was not done So on the last day I started calling both the head and my person of contact but they ignored the calls stating lame excuses. So I sent a mail stating that they have no sense and should stop the company and all. Then the head mailed that we won't clear your dues and all do whatever you want to I will just rip you ass apart. Then my person of contact send a mail saying that I was not capable of anything to do and if I leak their data they will take legal action.The next day I gave them the details of the things and and the project id and all but they have not replied and are not picking calls.
