Full and Final settlement

I am a CA. I am working as DGM fiancé. I resigned from a company on 13th May 2020. I am in probation. I need to give 30 day notice period. I served till 30th June 2020( more than 30 days) I told them please take new guy and I am not interested to continue. On 30th June 2020 I send a mail that today is the last day and settle my Full and final. They are having very poor track record of settling the Full and final. They will take 1 year to settle only after the left employee follow up for the Full and final. Company will not remit the PF deduction to PF authorities. For me they need to remit for 5 months. There is no gratuity scheme for the employees in the company. Now they asked the laptop to surrender and give knowledge transfer to new guy. I told I will do both but you give the full and final first since your track record is very poor. I cannot flow up for the full and final. I told them because of COVID 19 I will give the knowledge transfer through video call. Now they are telling they will take legal action and send daily a person coming to my house and asking for Laptop and intimating me and my wife. Whether they will take legal action? and please advise. I need my Full and final since I need to run the family till I get the new job
