Married female transfer policies in psu banks

I am working in a PSU bank for the last 6 years. I have been posted in different district for the last 3 years which is around 30 kms up-down from my residence. This year I got married and my husband's house is around 42 kms up-down from my present branch, and due to which I am in my parents house for the last 4 months due to COVID-19 transportation problem. Though, I am facing transportation issue from my parents house as well, but in comparison to minimize some distance I am unable to be in my husband's house. I have requested for a deputation/transfer to any nearby branch from my husband's place and still no one is showing any responsible attitude in my matter. Note: I am a severe PCOS patient with severe health problem. I have been recently married, its been just 5 months and am away from my husband for the last 4 months. I do not get regular public bus, have to book cab or reserve a taxi to commute to and from office these days (this is draining my money). I have been regularly following up with emails and calls to my Regional Office and Circle Office but of no use. Kindly guide. Thank You.
