A path way widened with a piece of private land
We have a land.it has a punchayath road on soth side and a path way on its east side.we have been using the path way for entering to our land arround 22 years since our plot is at arround 2 meteres hight from the punchayath road on south side.3 years ago our 2 neighbours bought o.5 cent plot from the adjuscent plot on its eastern side of the path way for widening it .but ,they dont have any valid docucument , they only have an agrement of 100rupees which doesnt mention the amount and it also not registered.they filed a civil case against us for restraing us from using the pathway.when we coutner claimed the court orderd to remove the restriction and both parties have same right to use it.
now , they are saying that the court order is only for the path way not for the entire widened road.and they devided the road by a big chain for restrining us from using the bough plot.and now we are only using the path way and they use entire rorad by removing the chain temporarly when they needed .and they are asking for money to us to use the chained plot.
and now we cant bring any vehicles to our home , we were ready to share amount of the bought plot but they are not ready to give any registration or legal accepted documents,and we dont know what do with this,
