Stop payent due to Harrassement By Management Commitee

Dear Sir, We have a mutually agreed housing society with independent houses ( not a gated community), with self nominated volunteer to run the society as MC during 2017-2019 . They started giving discount to themselves , spent lakh of rupees without any communication to society They gave the society security to the association manger ( who own a security Company also) without intimating the society. They were not collecting huge dues from their known members Not charging extra for commercial activity ( saying no commercial) and asking us more money for renting part of the house I asked them the detailed about the above clarification as condition for payment . Which was never addressed but once they closed dues from their known member they debar service like garbage and security for me ( we are not a closed layout and Govt garbage collector comes for service ) . Also they blocked the public road by no removing barricade for almost three week until I threatens legal consequence. There are other history of harassment also due to personal issues. ( I have proof for all) Even after that I disagreed and as I was fine without the services ( except for water charges) . I have also told them if they give write meter reading I will pay for it , but there also they manipulated number so I did not pay. After new self nominated committee came , they are asking for money for the period when I have not got service. I am not agreeing that saying they have start fresh if they want give service , else I am still ready pay only for water with proper reading. Can Society in this situation cut my water service for non payment ( as I said we are independent house and can survive without any service other than water) regards AK
