Termination without notice

Hello Sir, I am employed in this org since Sep 2019. I have had issues with my peers, like body shaming, character assassination, bad mouthing, passing derogatory comments etc.. I did raise this issue with my reporting Director Dec 2019, and asked him to set up a call with HR. He never took any action. As I did not hear anything from him, I directly reached out to HR in the month of January 2020 and complained the same. She said she will get back to me. She never got back as well.. I did share all the screenshot reg Bodyshaming, character assassination etc. She never took any action. I was on vacation late Feb 2020 and returned to office early March. The day i returned to office i was told that i am terminated. Till date, I do not have any official confirmation on the Termination, neither do I know the reason for my Termination. The HR got back to me and she said that my termination will be voided and that I will be an employee till June 1st. The reason for this extension was: I was an authorised GST representative for the Company. I had asked her to take my name off the GST list on the same day of my Termination. I assume she was not able to cancel then, hence she had extended my employment. Now, she is paying me a compensation and asking me to sign an agreement that I will not sue the company and that my terminaiton is effective July 1st 2020. Please guide me.
