ECS mandate for Insurance Premium

Dear Sir, I have an life insurance policy with one premium insurance company which is lying pending from March'20 . The company is regularly placing the mandate and as I don't have sufficient fund right now in this pandemic period and it is getting bounced and my bank is deducting a handsome of amount as a bouncing charges. This has been discussed several times with the customer care / people of the company involved in collecting the premium through telephonic calls and I have stated my present crisis but still they are not listening for it. There is no way to write through email / no customer call number is working so that I can reach to them. In this lock down position it is a extra risk to go to their office and finding tough now. Please advise me accordingly so that I can deffer the premium date to the future when the situation may favorable for me. Now at this time paying premium is not a prime priority for me .
