Regarding the Bond in one private company

Hello Sir/Mam Iam P Harish,I I completed Masters in central University.Due to some family situations I got frustrated and I joined in a company which is having a bond of three years.And they clearly mentioned I need to submit all my original documents from SSC to M.S.C and I submitted all my documents and I signed the bond with three months notice period.At the time of joining the company rules were different. And they used to tell in two months we are getting live project and they assured we are working with all government projects .I completed 9 months in this company,But till now there is no live project came and still they are saying that we are getting.And suddenly they changed the rules of the company also in this year start,that is previous year one paid leave will be available for one month.and by passing information we can take more leaves also for emergency.But in this year if we take holiday a part from paid leave ,they are deducting the paid leave salary also.and if I take any leave follwed by a government leave,they are deducting the salary for that government leave also. Due to this corona pademic Again they changed the rules without any intimation like previously every month 3 rd Saturday was off to office,but now there is no paid leaves and no 3 rd Saturday as holiday. No safety for employees sir.all other private companies got last 3 months salary sir. But we didn't got any of salary sir.Iam in Andhra Pradesh,here still there is transportation started to Bangalore ,Karnataka. But when I asked about salary they asking me to come to office and we will talk about salary. We requested for work from home also sir,But they didn't provided that also sir. Really there is no freedom and no safety for an employee in that office sir.they are asking 5 lacks to break the bond.past 9 months we were working for past completed projects only sir. And some times they are asking us to do different domain work also. Can u please tell me is it possible to break the bond or I can do anything here??
