Vehicle Challan Related
My commercial cab is attached with Uber and OLA. The cab is operated by OLA and Uber registered professional drivers. The drivers violated traffic rules (Overspeeding) but I was not aware of the violations because I did not receive alert messages during May 2019 to February 2020. I received a message on March 2020 about overspeed challan then I checked as per instruction given in message. I was shocked to see more than 35 overspeed challans (with marginal speed differences) during May 2019 to March 2020. My main concern is who is responsible for these violations and challans and who is liable to pay for the same? I run this cab for my family's livelihood but so far I have not even been able to repay my loan (which I had availed to finance this vehicle) and the challans are making my situation worse than ever. Please help.because all these cjhallans belong to the drivers and only they should pay those challans, as per the rules. Also this is not a personal car, it is a cab and drivers keep changing and if different drivers violate different rules, why should the owner be held responsible. They are professional drivers and that is why big companies like ola and uber also hire them. Now why are these challans being imposed on me. I had already shared the details of each driver corresponding to each challan with the Traffic Police Office. Still there seems no action. Please suggest me what I can do according law.
Thanks
