Company t & c during lockdown

I am working in private company. Before the lockdown start company announces leaves that we need to come when they call. So i came to my hometown more than 200 km from the company. My city is in red zone... Company forcing me to join till 11 may 2020 anyhow while my city is in red zone... The city where company is in red zone. They are forcing me to break 188 and if the police caught or my vehicle seize because during lockdown there is no transportation. So i need to hire my vehicle who will take responsibility? I talk to the senior for bring me duty pass so i can come. They are not providing. They said you can show your ID card. But as if I know .. there is no value of private ID card. But if police beat me before look at my ID card then who is responsible? They warn me if I will not join till 11 may 2020 they ll fire me.then they dont have any need of me. As I checked for ePass these are only for patients or for any emergency. I also wants to know about NDMA act for employees. Please help me.
