Request for loan with Marital status Single

HI, I had applpied for a housing loan through public sector bank with the marital status erroneously marked as ''Single'. At the time of applying for loan my wife was not staying with me because of matrimonial issues. Later she had raised concern over this and complained to Family counselling centre uner Police Station and my office about the same. By that time I had changed the status to 'Married' citing it as erroneously done to the bank, which they have confirmed to have been included in their database. HOwever, my wife was expecting that her name would be included which I dont want in 3 yrs of marriage and my name is written as 'Son of XXXXX'(FAther) which she opposes and is not happy with. She had opposed my registration of the house as well initially since her name was not there. HOwever after correction now the registration is completed. Whether this Marital status(which is corrected now) is an issue at all? Can it pose any problem later or in my service (Govt service)?
