Removal of Father's name from CBSE 10th certificate.

My parents divorced when I was 1 year old and my Mother has full legal custody of me. My father is not involved in my life. During my school admission my maternal grandfather's name was written as my Guardian's name and both my biological parent's name was given. But when my 10th admit card form was filled by my school, they wrote down my grandfather's name as my father's name. They knew I did not want my biological father's name written and objected when I asked them to not include a name at all. They insisted that a father's name be given and at the time neither my mom or me knew of ramifications that may arise from this (we weren't advised regarding any ramifications in this regard by the school at all). Now I have done my graduation and post graduation and have a Aadhaar, PAN and Voter ID which have the exact information furnished in my 10th certificate. During passport application this became an issue as both my mom's documents and mine have the same father's name, which can also cause issues in the future. Is it possible for me to remove the father's name entirely from all my document as it is now no longer legally required to have both parent's names. (It was required to have both parent's name for documents up until like around 2010. Kindly advise.
