I received absconding notice from the company, what should I reply with?

I discontinue my job with the company after 3 days of joining, the fact is that I informed them via mail that I'm discontinuing from my Job. What Legal notice can the company send me? Are there any legal consequences? Here is the notice text: We would like to bring to your attention that the Company is aware that you have failed to report for work at the Company’s offices since 17 February 2020 without any official intimation from you regarding your absence. Therefore, the Company seeks to inform you that the Company shall not consider your continuous absence as leave, in the absence of any communication from you to that effect. In view of the above, you are advised to explain in writing within 48 hours as to why an appropriate disciplinary action should not be taken against you. If you fail to submit your explanation within the specified time, it shall be presumed that you accept the charges to be correct and have no explanation to offer regarding your unexplained absence and all remedies that you may have shall be deemed to have been waived by you in respect of the above-said. In that event, the Company’s management will be at liberty to take an appropriate action without further reference or notification to you and therefore please be sufficiently informed. Kindly guide me on how to reply this notice
