Name mismatch in document

Hello sir Actually i have query and i hope that you will guide me properly. Actually my sister name neha bansal had only neha in all marksheet like 10th,12th and graduation. But in pancard ,aadhar , driving licence,voter card,bank her name is neha bansal . So i think that in future she will get problems because she is preparing for govt. Jobs and later it is possible that some organization reject her on this mismatch. So i have already applied with election commission to correct her name from neha bansal to neha and they have already approved that on behalf of marksheet.but till now didn't get new voter card . So now my problem is that in near future i have many exams so on exam date they want admit card along with id proof so in admit card name is neha and in id proof neha bansal. So there is any process that i can show them that both are same person all others details like father name dob are all exactly correct Or i have to go with the process of gazette notification and what is the cost associated with it?
