Unable to payback personal loan

I took personal loan from Capital First. It was for 60 months. My monthly installments were 4400. After I paid few installments, my father was hospitalized & i had to spend a lot of month after him. Unfortunately he passed away. A year later I 2019 Feb my mother has got breast cancer 3rd stage & she is still fighting. Again I had to spend almost 80% of my salary after her medication. In all this situation I m unable to pay back my loan. Bank collection person is coming to my office & shouting I front of everyone. I have requested bank to start my emi once again, so I can continue paying my emi, but they are refusing to do so, bcoz it has now become NPA. Bank is asking to settle the amount 140000 in 2 installments or pay 44000 overdue & continue EMI. I don't even have this 44000 to pay. I can atleast try to pay my emi regularly. Bank is not accepting my offer & said they will issue a non bailable warrant against me. If this is know to all & my mom, it will become very difficult to face every one in office & family. I m feeling so embarrassed & depressed that I m think to end my life. Please help me with some suggestions.
