Mental Harassment case of mine in Private Bank

Dear Team, Thanks for providing this service. I am resident of Jaipur . I am employee of one of the private bank for last nine years and going to complete ten years in last week of august.I am working in compliance channel and also got promoted last year.in the month of September My department had decided to close this department in Rajasthan and other few states.They made pressure on me to Join Mumbai as they have designed same profile in Navi Mumbai.As my depression treatment is going since 2010 I requested them to give profile in Jaipur.I asked my HR also to provide me profile in jaipur but nothing got happened.At the same time they make my transfer to Mumbai via Transfer order in October 2019.At the same time they transferred one the employee of same department from Delhi to Jaipur. I again requested to HR and my department head but they told me that it is bank decision. I am senior to this employee and having good exposure to Jaipur market but I have been made vacant and he has been transferred to Jaipur which is his home city.From October 2019 till 20th March I keep attended my office which is regional office itself where HR is also sitting but nothing got happened.After lockdown (20th March) they told me to stay at home and does not provide any work.they told me to update attendance by online app.My Appraisal was doing badly and they are now giving pressure to join back in Mumbai. Now for last three days they have bl ocked my id and I am not able to mark any attendance.I am taking regular treatment of depression from renowed doctor and having complete file for last ten years. I am also suffering from Diabities and having fractured my scaphoid bone and ligament rupture in last one year so it is impossible for me to join Mumbai.please help by providing your guidance.
