Personal loan & Credit cards not paid for last 6 months Hi, I have taken loans from yes Credit Card 46000 wallnut (Capital Float)personal loanl 100000 sbi Credit Card 91000 rbl Credit Card 151000 axis personal loanl 213000 axis Credit Card 165000 kotak personal loanl 240000 kotak Credit Card 190000 hdfc Credit Card 300000 hdfc personal loanl 345000 hdfc jumbo loan 390000 From 2016 October 2016. I am paying emis until I have job. From last 6 months I am unable to pay due to job loss.currently i have job which is very low salary of 17K in AXIS bank. Also i have my own land which iam trying to sell and go for settelment with all the banks but the land is getting to get sold.and the time i took these loans and card my salary was good then i lost my job. The recovery team are harassing me to pay emis. They are not hearing and they bounced my cheque in bank and they are harassing me that I will get police warrant. I am asking for time to settle but they are not giving time. i visited the banks asking them some more time to settle but they are sending legal notice of sec25,sec138,sec406,sec420,sec506. also sarfaisi act 1.if they send notice can I get time for settlement. I need atleast 7 to 8 months. 2.Can they arrest me If so how many months it will take.what is the procedure 3.i got legal notices from banks advocates through registered post. I got a call stating that they will file PCR take permission from magistrate and come with police to arrest me. Give me some suggestions to get time for atleast 7 to 8 months. Thanks & Regards Naveen
