Harassment by bajaj finance collection agents

Since I am at a loss of employment, this month I got late to make my RBL-BFL cc minimum payment. Currently I have landed with a job but my salary will come on the end of month. I have communicated the same with Bajaj FInserv, yet i receive almost 20 calls from their collection agent everyday. They get in touch with me on whatsapp. When I told them that it is past 7PM you cannot get in touch with me as per RBI guidelines they lose it. I have the whatsapp chat with me. This isnt an isolated incident, previously when I wasnt late on my payment, their collection agents used to call me 23rd of every month to cough up the minimum payment even though the due date was 4th of next month and i generally make all my payments on the 30th of last month due to receipt of salary. One lady told me there was a bounce charge against a PL on me and when I asked her to share the statement, she started calling me names. I got in touch with Bajaj Finserv on email, they called me but no action was taken and now this.
