Credit Card Debt

My father a prestigious customer with excellent track record for Ratnakar Bank Ltd. suffered from Brain Haemorrhage and is in coma for past two months. Recently I received harassing calls from the bank-agency mentioning the following despicable things: -threatened me and my family for life -abused and cursed me incessantly -threatened to cause ruckus at my home/office -threatened to kidnap my mother -seize all my assets and put a hit on me My question on legal advice are as follows 1. Am I or any other family member legally liable to pay the bank for the credit card? We do not have any banking/financial association with my fathers business. 2. Bank has not been responding to me on emails sent regarding complaint of what there agency did to me, how do I make them answer? 3. What should my next course of action be ? 4. I want Ratnakar Bank to realise we do not live in pre independence era and they can not terrorise people with goons like this. I have always been a law abiding citizen and hold the legal system of our country in very high regards, I want to make sure that entities like Ratnakar Bank should not believe they are above law.
