Is it possible to establish a private education board in india?

We know that we are living in modern era of our society. Where we should have what generation demands. But we are lacking something behind in the indian education system. India education is not able to provide whats the generation demanding. There is no changes in the syllabus in the last two or three decades. We understand that we are already interrupted in the technical environment and this generation only demands technical facilities in each n every field. But my question is why can't we replace the education system with the demands of the generation. If we will not take an immediate decision than it will be the biggest problems which we hardly faced one's. I am also a student and I understand where the education system will take me if I will follow. From when I understand the future of education system I lost my all interest on my studies. And I can see the future of Indian education system. So I want to change the education system according to there demands.
