Full and Final Settlement not done

Rohit Bhatt Company- Teleperformance Gurgaon Plot 574-575 After 92 days i am getting my Full and Final Clearance worth Rs. 25637. While, as earlier described over the same email amount against F&F is to be released worth Rs. 50920. It's crystal and clear deposit and debit. I connected my RM and other authorities for the same but they are now giving rough excuses for this big loss of mine. I worked hard as best as was possible to give the high business to the client. I did complete my all formalities too. Business growth and my hard work both can't refuse me to be paid a whole amount. See! i have done all formalities and discussion with all of respective staff so i don't need additional comments on it. Simply, You please let me know whether you gonna release my rest amount (i.e. [deleted]= 25283) else i'll go with the legal practice. Here, i am gonna put final bifurcation of the amount to be released and got: Salary - 25 days - 10000 Incentives - (208000 net collection for Aug 2019) - on 150000 net 10000 and 58000x7% - [deleted] - (248000 net collection for Sep 2019)+ (4000 incentive for I can policy selling previous month Jul 2019) - 20860 - Retention bonus for the third quarter (Jul to Sep) approx 6000/ - 6000 TOTAL- 50920
