I dont want to pay to employee
Dear Sir / Mam,
I started a small office in feb 2019, hired 1 girl and gave her only offer letter and mentioned only you have to join on this date with mentioned documents. She joined and work for around 9 months. first 5 6 months we gave her salary after that we told her to work on only commission based. meanwhile 2 more employee been joined and their next month also on commission based.
But condition was if we got a payment in our account then and then only will pay you but unfortunately irresponsibility of them our project been rejected and they made us loss and no any payment we received from company where we getting project work.
Even they did not informed us about that rejected email they received from company, as they no if we inform them we will not get commission.
After that we still not get any payment from company where we were working for...
Meanwhile they asking everyday for their payment but our answer was same that we still not received payment from company.
Now they demanding all, their salary, commission but we dont have money as they made us loss and they are responsible for that.
NOTE: Only 1 employee has a offer letter and others two have nothing
these all communication is through only whats app chat and voice calls.
Now they lodge a application in Police station before 10 days ago and
now they are thinking to FIR against dont pay payment.
CAN YOU SUGGEST ME WHAT CAN I DO?
WHAT CAN HAPPENED IN FUTURE. PLEASE HELP ME
