Complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank

The agents at the bank had sold me a policy stating they will help me open a company account, arrange a personal loan & assist me to get a credit card. I paid INR 60k+ for the premium and after that, they stopped answering my calls. I used to work in UAE at that time hence could not follow up much but whenever I cam back on vacation, I made it a point to reach out to them but all in vain, Later I decided to cancel the policy which was sold to me without proper information but by now the colling off period was over. I visited several offices & branches of Kotak but no one helped me & they refused to refund my money stating this policy cannot be refunded. Now I am back in India & I have already opened my company & have also opened my company account & other requirements from another bank. I do not wish to continue Kotak's insurance and want my money back. Please advise if I can take them to court & ask for compensation as well for all the time & money I wasted for follow-ups & callbacks.
