Issue related to delay in court decision

Sir in 1997, I was teaching in a private degree college. When college came under state government ownership, most of the staff members also became Government employee on the recommendation of College management. I was selected as sociology lecturer. After 1 month of joining, a Bureaucratic team from Lucknow came on investigation of College. They were demanding bribe to govermentise the staff members which college management denied to give. After that they declared all the staff disable for the service. Two of the clerks challenged it in lucknow high court bench and acquired services using money and political power. My case is still pending against bench and they always postpone it for next hearing. On the last hearing the judge has warned the Govt lawyer to present some strong evidence from Govt side otherwise they will declare the case result in our favor. I am very tired waiting since long. What should I do so that case of result come very soon? Any chance of declaration of case in our favor? What will happen if HC declare case in our favor - Can Govt further challenge it?
