Eviction notice for my house to intruders

Hello Sir/Madam, I am Shankar.C from India currently working in china. We had our ancestral house which was sold before 10 years. My father, his brother and his sisters were the shareholders.....My distributed share for example (5lakh-----3+2 since my aunt she told that she did not need it as my father gave money for her marriage)..my father bought a new house from our share of 3 lakh...since my uncle was a disabled person my father allowed him and his wife to stay in that house....that house is registered in my name......now my uncle is no more....only my uncle's wife was living till last year..now my father's sister has brought one of her daughters family in to the house since our town has upgraded to a district...when asked..she is saying that she is having a share in this house....she has filled a case saying that since this house was bought in the share money of previous house....she is claiming that to have a share in this present house which is under my name.... me and my father have paid all the taxes all these years....we want to evacuate her out of the house as we have paid more money to her before..can i send an eviction notice.....kindly help me in legal proceedings...looking forward to your kind reply.
