Driving License -- RTO not agreeing to correct my Date of Birth

Hello, I am from Kolkata my RTO is "Kasba", In the year 2014 i applied for driving license (provided my class X admit card and aadhar card for DoB proof ). and what i got in hand was a driving license with wrong DoB. At that point only i told them that the license is having wrong Date of Bith but after little effort they said it cant be corrected. and now in the year 2019 after knowing about this facility by the government of India, i visited https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/ site to rectify my DoB. i even paid the money online since my driving license was eligible to rectify any mistake if there is any. so after all the process i got the acknowledgement slip and other forms which i was suppose to get the print out of it and visit the RTO along with original documents. After visitng the RTO when i handed my documents and the receipt the person incharge told me, "This recitification cannot be done, DoB cannot be changed, it has to be changed within 3 months, havent you read the notes"... and so on.... I need help from you people..... what am i suppose to do.... i have paid the money online for the rectification of my DoB and address change. It charged me Rs.440. i have all the receipt with me.. what kind of harassment is going on we people just don't understand. its just a common people who has to suffer. Thank You everyone in Advance.
