Regination Before Bond Period

Sir I am Employee in it company in an agreement written these points according i am ready to pay 2 months salary but they are saying me to pay 2 months salery and need to give 2 months notice to company. As per contract rule can I resign right now . Due to some reasons I have to do this. CONTRACT Rules : Point 2 : The Second Part if resigns from the service of the First Part earlier than the period as agreed and as stated at clause 1 for any reason attributable to the second part, than Second part hereby agree to give 60 days notice to the first part and second part further agree to abide with Point No. 9 as stated hereunder. Point 9 : In case the Second part at any time makes a breach of all or any of the Provisions of this agreement or fails to carry out all or any of his obligations hereunder , this Agreement shall automatically shall stand Terminated and the second part shall fore with return to the First Part an amount equivalent to 2 Months worth of monthly salary as stated in the offer letter .
