Hi I am falsely accused for sexual harassment and committe just called me and shown me allegation also I have replied over them but they did not send me written complain also did not record my response and same day told me to write apology letter, In pressure I have written that. They said there will no be enquiry and we are providing conciliation. They also promised me that no action will be taken further and matter will be closed. Now I am getting bullied and humiliated by team members they also said it would be confidential, no one will disclose that. Also realising that after 2-3 days I requested IC member to add my response against the false allegation through what's app but no response from them. Because of confidentiality issue I can not share that details to anyone else in organization, Can I file a complaint against IC members for this. If company takes any action in future against me in this case can I put a case on this basis. I feel that I have not heard and forced to right apology.
