Land decree

My father was daily wase labour. In 2006 my father was died in one tractor accident where my father works daily when I am 5 years old.The tractor owner is not pay any amount.Them my grand parents file civil case against the owner and driver for third party claim.The civil court cancelled the case because of driver had expiry driving licence.over all this case my lawyer was don't share any information about this case because of he was taking some amount from the owner.We are try for consult my lawyer but he was hidden. Then we are tried to solve this case and consult another lawyer. We are file Execution petition against the owner for him land.last month court give the permission to give a advertisement in daily news paper before 18/11/2019 and submit the land valution certificate.Yester day that owner was contacted us for settlement. What am I doing right now? How much amount we are demand for this case? (The decree amount was 7 lakhs). Please give the good suggestion for me because of I am struggling for my education(settlement day was 12/11/2019)
