How / What to take Legal Action , My Business partner done Fraud with me in my Pvt Ltd Company.

I have started my Pvt Ltd company ( Travel company ) in 2015 in Delhi & in this company i have made my elder brother as silent partner with 10% of company Share . In 2017 i have added 2 more friend as as partner & profit share of 15% each person.But as mutual understanding we decided that we will share the profit in 3 equal part but there is no any written documents for the same. We was working hard & growing our business with our best work .In July 2019 i was out of city due to family function & once i came back to Delhi i found that my both partner ( Both friend ) started new company with our all the employ without any prior information or intimation to me . i got information from out side . when i ask with my partners than they told me that i cant work in this company with only 15 % of share , if you will increase the share after that we can work . So i ask them to leave the company . After that i found that they manipulate our all the employee & hire them with higher salary what they ( Employee ) was getting in our company. When i ask all these incidence with them then they deny to accept & told me that i dont have any information about all the employee. After some time they sent me the resignation letter , but my CA inform that dont accept resignation letter before they transfer the 15% Share of company , so that i have sent them mail to ask for transfer the company share to me & also clear your all the due to company after that i can accept the resignation letter.In the reply of that mail they have mention that we can only transfer the 15% share to you when you will pay me 10 Lakh & 15 Lakh . When i call them & ask them to give me explanation for this amount than they are saying that just we want money after that we can transfers the share otherwise we can't . From the market ( Client ) i got information that they are contacting with our client & saying that we are new branch of previous company so you can start business with this branch. Please help Me what Legal action i can take on my partners , i am feeling totally helpless.What should i do now. You valuable suggestion & help will be highly appreciable .
